Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize high level and detailed requirements
Test Salesforce configuration and setup
Test existing system enhancements and new system functionality, in collaboration with QA team and Business team
Execute functional tests, integration, performance, load, and regression tests
Report, track and determine priority, severity and status of reported bugs
Manage documents, defects, issues and activity logs
Qualifications
Develop end-user and trainer training materials
Agile methodology experience strong plus
Strong background working as a Salesforce Admin/Business Analyst
Think strategically, identifying issues that need resolving
